Studying business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, competitive products, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
Mapping business requirements for process enhancements and translating them into functional specifications.
Analyzing customer requirements and developing strategic plans for business growth for client as well as liaising with the clients to sustain the business relationships with the clients.
Team Management
Coordinating with KIT project team and Hotel IT Team to ensure smooth process of transition from Sales to project dept.
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members; setting up and maintaining Critical to Quality & Critical to Process targets; ensuring higher productivity in terms of having more meetings and Sales calls.
