take appropriate corrective actions.
Conduct training to other team members to ensure efficient production and
timely resolution of the problems.
Operate machinery, such as lathes, mills, presses, saws, grinders, and other
equipment, to carry out manufacturing tasks effectively.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machines to keep them in optimal
working condition.
Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, machine
settings, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.
Prepare machines for operation, adjusting settings, and configuring tools,
ensuring that they are ready to start the production process.
Keep track of inventory levels for raw materials and finished products to
ensure adequate supply for production.
Monitor machine operations and product output to ensure they meet quality
standards and comply with relevant specifications.
Master the use of software such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, and
SAP.
Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including preparing sales
proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Assist in generating sales orders and ensuring accurate documentation.
Facilitate clear and timely communication between the sales team and the
management.
Fulfill holistic reporting of sales every week, consistently.
