• Protect company from any unlawful threat and damage from out parties and beyond the company.
• Ensure safety and security for all customers and employees of the company.
• Monitor CCTV footage and find the outcome.
• Investigation based on CCTV outcome and special request from higher management.
• Random check/discreet check on all corporate premises, finding violations of staffs if any.
• Working on Access readers and give/cancel access to the concerns to respective areas.
• Monitor Fire Alarms and Fire exit doors. Etc...
• The main purpose of this role is perform all operational tasks at arrival and transfer baggage area.
• Creation of missing bag reports - Property Irregularity Reports.
• Monitor belt / carousel to ensure all customers are assisted at the reclaim area.
• Highlight if any belt discrepancies to the senior’s/ Supervisors.
• Follow up on mishandled cases, contacting customers and update pending cases and follow ups required.
• Handle call Centre with professionalism and follow etiquette to facilitate good customer services.
• Handle damage bag / open bags/ tag-less bags / unauthorized bags / wrong k-edits / cross tagging bags etc.
• Handle DG items within checked in baggage.
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor’s.
• Responsible for maintaining the service standards set by the department.
• Follow up the daily duties as directed by the Management.
• Coordinating with daily shift operation and ensures compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures.
• Maintaining Proper Inventory and Breakage Report.
• Handling of the Micros and Account closing.
• Greet all guests using the guests name as often as possible.
• Maintain a high standard of service at all times, following company procedures and brand standards.
• Ensure that all food and beverage products are correctly stored, dated, labelled and rotated where necessary.
• Ensure that the guest’s voucher is accurate and the voucher is received from the guest, and is posted in Micros.
• Maintain highest level of cleanliness, including safety of furniture, fixtures and fittings. To ‘clean as you go’ to ensure a clean and tidy work area.
Diploma in hotel and hospitality management management with highly experienced in hotel and aviation industry in food and beverage ,customer services, safety and security with Qatar Airways.
