o Reports Development in Crystal Reports XI. Development of new BI reports.
o Extensive knowledge on the technical tool to develop new BI reports, data migration and automation mechanism
to fulfill user case scenarios and business flows..
o Implementation, configuration and end user training of the Mobile App.
o Mobile App customization to fulfill user case scenarios and business flows.
Have developed API, for third party e-commerce website integration with ERP, to Fetch and Post Data.

I am handling the ERP (Epicor 9 and Epicor 10), through its implementation, configuration, testing, documentation, BRR, user's training etc. I work as the administrator of the ERP, my duties inluding but not limited to,
ERP Implementation and Business Process automation For Almoe Group of Companies,
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implementation of different modules of ERP such as purchase, Sales, CRM, Service, Projects, Finance, Inventory management, General Ledger various divisions of the group.
• Understanding the user’s requirements and customizing the forms and reports.
• Maintain specific configuration settings and documentation for several modules
• Participates in evaluation of proposed software or software
enhancements for feasibility.
• Defines and creates test plans, test scripts, and test procedures based on requirements. Coordinates testing and verifies data integrity, documents and analyzes test results recommending corrective action if required.
• Prepares appropriate procedures and documentation to hand off
support to users, system administrators
• Performing Everyday Backup of Database and Application
• Provides functional application support environment for all custom and package application modules in a production environment and during enhancement and upgrade projects as assigned.
Developed And Implemented a custom ERP
o A Windows® based Multilingual ERP solution built On Microsoft® Visual Studio 2010 (VB .Net) and SQL Server 2008. The solution covered full Financial, Inventory and Payroll functionalities along with POS capability. Reports And BI Delivered On Crystal Report® 2011
The Company is a leading business atomization IT solution provider for Health Care, Travel & Tourism Industry in the region.
My responsibilty included, Consultation and Solution Developer for their flagship products specially designed for Hospital Management, Hospitality Management, and Tourist Management & Inventory Management. Products developed on Microsoft® Visual Studio 2003/2005 (VB .Net), Microsoft® SQL Server 2005, Crystal Report And Microsoft® Access 2007
