 Responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit and for providing full administrative support to HR department.
 Monthly running the payroll leave and EOS as per company policy and the time sheet.
 Maintaining up-to -date staff related records/details thru Oracle System (Human Resource Management System).
 Prepare HR statistical reports and various kinds of HR policies, procedures, compensation and benefits and other aspects of employment legislation.
 Responsible for medical insurance benefits for through proper coordination with Insurance Company
- Medical Card application for new employees
- Medical claim reimbursement
- Accident claim processing
 Opening and Issuing Salary Pay cards to Employees on coordinate with Accounts.
 Keeping Track of All Types of Leave Emergency, Annual, Sick and keep track and make provision.
 Assisting with employee relations;
 Assist in developing, Implementing, Maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statues and regulations.
 Induction for New Joiners and assisting with PRO for medical and EID purposes.
 Handling Employees Enquiries and Grievances
 Compensation and Benefits administration and recordkeeping;
 Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
 Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
 Processing Air passage for employees and maintaining track.

ACCOMPLISHMENT
 Managed three locations and team of more 350+ employees despite of several management changes without any interruption on HR department functions.
 Able to reduce the HR cost with proper hiring and good benefits to employees.
