Provide leadership and directs the various group companies HR/Administration
teams to enable them to deliver comprehensive HR services to their businesses.
Proactively advises on best practice HR and where necessary takes a hands on role
with dealing with case work. Responsibilities include aligning HR policies/procedures
across the group, ensuring the implementation of HRMIS across the group and the
Saudization level at each company is maintained in the “safe” zone.
Plan and guide HR initiatives in line with business objectives for each company are
implemented Performance Management - coaching managers on performance
management issues and ensuring the completion of performance evaluations on an
annual basis
Supported the people management functions that underpin the business culture.
The broad areas include: employee relations, compensation and benefits, reward,
professional growth & training, policy and procedure and performance
management.

the company’s labor costs by 5%.
❑ Developed and implemented the organization’s recruitment controls and
reporting system.
❑ Conduct numerous training strategies for sessions with the Junior Staff
Members.
