-Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports.
-Profit and loss management, proactive planning and budgeting. Team management
-Training and development of the team - team 121's and PDP's to ensure alignment with NuYu talent management process.

-Business and operations management.

-HR - recruitment, visas for employees, WPS-payroll, rotas.
