Service customers seeking assistance with post-order issues such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status and back order inquiries, problem resolution, and any other issues that may arise from the order fulfillment process. Receive incoming quotes, sales orders, service orders processing them completely and accurately on the system.
Develop, manage and document systems to ensure that education communications and information is handled in a consistent manner with the required standards. Work with managers to assist in monitoring compliance of above standards and requirements.
Resolving calls, work as part of a team, meeting service level in handling all transactions measured through productivity reports.
respond to all written correspondence, support teachers and school Administrators, maintain students files, greet and assist school visitors.
