• Conducting full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, and consulting with internal hiring managers.
• Reviewing and approving Employment contracts and job offers to make sure they are aligned with the company policies.
• Preparing and ensuring accurate forecasting for HR budget and allocate the cost as per the projects.
• Ensuring efficient implementation of the employee’s data via Human Resources system (MenaItech)
• Oversee company payroll; ensuring monthly salary’s review and transfer.
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor law.
• Reviewing the annual medical insurance benefit with the appropriate vendor which serves the benefits of employees and company.
• Ensuring efficient customer service through timely submission of all required daily HR services (Salary certificate, leave approval, experience certificate & indemnity calculation).
• Updating residency transfer and renewal reports monthly.
• Preparing the financial proposal for tenders
• Preparing the technical proposal for tenders.
• Receiving and dealing with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders.
• Dealing with overseas Recruitment agencies for getting required manpower requested in the tender
• Searching and screening applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements in the tenders
• Building competency Matrix
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Writing Business proposals and negotiating contracts
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Attending Pre‐Tenders Meeting & Communicate with vendor on bid.
• Managing the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
