To manage e-commerce vertical for the organisation.

Work collaboratively with 3rd Parties for Packaging and Logistics.
Serve as liaison and primary point of contact between organization and operators.
Achieved target and goals exceeding 6 Million per Month and provide reporting across various solutions such as excel and Web based solutions.
Work collaboratively with Technical, Marketing, Operation, Product and Management Team to resolve issue/dispute between organization and Operator.
Work collaboratively with Operator Team to increase/decrease the promotional activity for the assigned product/services for revenue and product optimization.
Analysis of the data for understanding core business flow and results.
Play key role in growth of the new businesses of the organization.
Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within organization for cross functional partners to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test eCommerce initiatives.
Work collaboratively with the accounts team of the company for maintaining and updating the financial transactions records.
Responsible for the input and shipment flow of all orders with warehouse in an overseeing capacity.
Work collaboratively with 3rd Parties for Packaging, Logistics and Payment Gateway’s requirements of the web portal i.e. www.pukhrajherbalshop.com
Collaborate with B2C and B2B ecommerce marketplaces like FlipKart, Paytm, ShopClues, Infibeam, Fashionara, eBay, Amazon, IndiaMart and Snapdeal for product listing, sales and promotion.
Plan and implement the strategy for social media channels like Facebook, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram. Keep them up to date by utilizing existing team.
Teaching courses and conducting labs of different subjects.
Maintenance of the entire infrastructure of the institute.
