 To control the proportionate raw materials based on results analyzed by XRF& XRD model ARL 9900 OASIS (TCA), FLS Automation QCX system with Robotic laboratory.
 Inspect the receipt materials and conduct material evaluation to determine acceptability to purchase acceptance standard set by the company.
 Designing the raw mix as per the raw materials quality from time to time.
 Familiar on BIS, ASTM, BSEN, SASO & GSO working procedures and standards.

 Limestone pile preparation by using Spectra Flow analyzer with Solbas technology.
 Additive pile preparation and raw materials handling.
 Familiar on Raw mix design.


a. Raw mix control and maintenance of In-process quality parameters.
b. Calibration of various testing equipments used in chemical & physical laboratories.
c. Preparation and testing of standard samples required for XRF Calibrations for different matrix.
d. Calibration Standardization of X-Ray Analyzer.
e. Testing of purchased raw material - wet method.
f. Water Testing.

a. Physical and Chemical Testing of cement, Fly ash, Gypsum, Quick lime, Hydrated lime and updating records for the testing of cement as per guidelines of BIS.
b. Good exposure to Quality Control Systems and Standards, BIS Procedures.
