MAINTENACE DIRECTOR
Manage FM scheduling function and develop scheduling team to support business needs
Develops departmental staffing plans and operating expenses. Plans for future staffing needs due to growth and expansion
Coordinates work with other department Managers and Directors to maintain equipment as required
Participates in and provides leadership for the development of policies and procedures for department, division and organization
Perform all engineering tasks related to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other miscellaneous duties assigned
Perform general troubleshooting, diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust
Perform highly diversified duties for installation and maintenance of equipment and machines
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Regular analysis/monitoring of equipment, design and functionality for the purpose of improving productivity
Continuously drive to improve processes for improved performance

Develop safety policies and maintenance programs
Determine the need for repairs or renovations
Coordinate the design of new construction
Work with contractors during building repairs and construction to ensure code compliance
Monitor the state of medical equipment and supplies

Perform inspections of medical gas, refrigeration, and HVAC systems

Create and maintain budgets related to facilities operations
Negotiate service agreements with outside suppliers and service providers
Create workplace safety and cleanliness awareness initiatives
Collaborate with leaders from various departments, such as health services managers

WORK EXPERIENCE;
From JULY 1995 UP TO date, working AS A MECHANICAL ENGINEER ON MOTOR PRODUCT BOARD ABU DHABI NATIONAL TANKER COMPANY,
Under LLOYDS Register). TANKER, UMS SHIPS, (ADNATCO - An ISO 9002 firm
SCOPE OF WORK;-
· FULL in-charge for the operation, preparing all the engine room equipment during my watch.
· Monitoring all equipment to ensure that all equipment running within the satisfactory limits and within the manufacture specifications maintenance, and ensure all job are carried out according to company technical manual & safety by issuing required permits also to ensue that international safety management code are adhered all the time .
· Make a log entry for each equipment parameters & any correction action to be made
· implement planned maintenance system, doing any routine or nonroutine maintenance.
· Doing any survey required by classification society ( LLOYDS, DNV… )
· Bunker & bunker operation.
· Full in-charge of safety & fire fighting equipment.
· Personally involved for any maintenance required within the manufacture instruction, procedure and recommendation, ( Diesel generator, air compressor, purifier).
- Any maintenance for diesel generator, air compressors, purifier, routine maintenance or major over haul required.
- Full load test for all diesel engine ( 90 % of max. load & calculating the HP of the engine from the
measurement of the indicator power cards, in order to analysis the results to check the machinery
condition, fuel oil and lubricating oil consumption ( g/ bhp )
- Regular test for oil sample taken from the engines in order to check for bacteria attack, viscosity & water content .
- Boiler maintenance & chemical water treatment.
- Maintenance required for different type of pumps (Centrifugal, reciprocating gear, screw, etc.)
- Troubleshooting & repairing and any fault that carried out in pneumatics or hydraulics system control system.
- Repairing different types of valves.
· Full understanding of all engineering drawing and able to order and control any spare parts required.
