-Producing and preparing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the General
Manager
-Prioritize emails, sort incoming emails and handle outgoing mail correspondence
-Undertake research for specific information using electronic resources and/ or networking
relationship with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Handle travel arrangements including flights, car hire, accommodation restaurant reservations and
outings.
-Conduct research and preliminary draft proposals.
- Follow up and report on all task for company and personal related matter daily. Reminding General
Manager for important task and deadlines.
- Provide high level secretarial and administrative assistance to the General Manger.
- Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate.
- Assist finance department on handling petty cash and preparing summary claims.
- Assist on the internal audit with the Quality control department.
