Specific Task: • Directly reporting to QA/QC Manager and Construction Manager.
• To ensure all works done at the factory are as per approved drawings, materials submittals, method statement fabrication, welding procedures, and to ensure quality of works are within the approved Quality Plan and in acceptable level, including compliance of all required records test, thus ensuring that turnover of each portion and whole of the works are successfully achieved and meet the project requirements and specification.
• Direct coordinate to factory QA/QC manager for quality issues, and to Production Manager to achieve the planned target, Engineering for drawings issues, and Logistic for materials delivery up-date.
• Issue Non-Conformance for works noticed not as per approved drawing and project specification.
• Responsible to review/signing of all documents, dossiers, test results and final inspection released note.
• Prepare and submit weekly QA/QC report and progress of works.
AUG. 2009 To JULY 2012 OGER ABU DHABI ABU DHABI, U.A.E.
• QA/QC-Engineer for Facades and Curtain Wall
Specific Task: • Directly reporting to the Sr. QA/QC Engineer.
• Inspect and ensure all item done by subcontractor are as per approved
Materials submittals, shop drawings and project requirements.
• Checked all materials delivered on site if all are compliance in the
Materials approved submittals.
• Inform the Construction Manager regarding appropriate preventive
Action following the occurrence of Non-Conforming work.
• Keep daily Surveillance log and inform CM and subcontractor to
Rectify.
• To ensure all client/consultant issues and concern logs and non-conformance are recorded and to remind concern sub-contractors for immediate closure.
• Verifies execution and reports (non-conformity notices)
• Attend all activities on site, field testing, water test, adhesion test, and impact test and to ensure compliance to QA/QC procedure and project requirements.
• Established and control snagging list and verifies execution/rectification were done accordingly.
• Prepare and submit weekly QA/QC report.

• Technical Coordinator for Facades and Curtain Wall
Specific Task: • Directly reporting to the Sr. Facades Manager.
• Review facades sub-contractors shop drawings submittals in order to understand the construction details of the facades interfaces.
• Understand the basic technical principles of various different facades types in order to appreciate and identify any discrepancies between installed details and shop drawing details and identify the implications of the discrepancies.
• Assist Sr. Facades Manager for weekly subcontractor meeting to discussed facades interfaces to other trades.
• Weekly factory visit/inspection to observed sub-contractor's activities, and materials fabrication progress.
• Review all materials submittals and samples.
• Witnessing/Attending every mock-up testing activities conducted by the third party accredited laboratory.
• Submit weekly report for sub-contractor drawings submittals, approved with comments, or rejected.

Specific Task: • Directly reporting to the Project Construction Manager.
• Ensure to meets standards set forth in Quality Control Requirements.
• Responsible to control on-going work that conforms to the approved drawings and specification.

• To attend weekly site coordination meeting required by the main contractor to discussed all running, pending activities on site.

Specific Task: • Directly reporting to the site QA/QC Manager.
• Responsible for quality checking of architectural finishing works such as aluminum curtain wall, Stone Cladding, false ceiling, painting, marble tiling, block works, and including water proofing works.
• Review QA/QC Plan, Procedures and documents control, Method Statement, Inspection Test Plan as submitted by the Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with approved requirements.
• Attend all activities on site, field testing, lifting of remarks, Non-Conformance issue, and coordination meeting to ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure and project requirements.
• Establish snagging list and follow subcontractor rectification.
• Ensure traceability of all materials delivered to site with compliance to materials approved submittals.
