o Responsible for analysing Demand and securing Supply to support all of Apple’s Routes to Market in the EMEA region; Apple’s Online Store, Apple’s Retail Chain and also Apple’s wider Reseller Channel.
o Work closely with Sales, Sales Finance and World-Wide planning to balance supply and demand for the region.

o Use a combination of tools to maintain quotes on Online stores using a selection of bespoke tools such as AQE / Automatic quote extension, Quote ladder and SAP

o Review, analyse and maintain inventory levels through build plan, forecast, Gross requirements and MRP requirements. Maintain €200k of inventory (monthly).

o Work on yearly standard costing files for freight, packaging and sterilisation.
o Involved in several NPI project for NPI to the site 5S team and Kaizen.

I worked with NPI/Artwork, Production, Quality, Warehouse and Lab to deliver orders on-time (12 weeks Vet, 16 Medical).
•Orders were maintained by daily review of plant capability and material availability.
•Co-ordinated with the warehouse to manage WIP levels for all raw material and finished products with shipment date based on the FIFO method.
•Prepared supply chain metrics on a weekly basis and coordinated shipping meetings.
•Tasks included - achieving zero back orders, maintaining 95%+ on time delivery, reporting to senior management on an ad hoc basis on KPI e.g. Total backorders and performance again shipping plan.
Review weekly production schedule to maintain best production capacity and on-time delivery for Topside H2 bodies and Chokes.
•Monthly H2 Bodies and Chokes sales ranged from 700K to €1 million.
•Created purchase requisitions for all H2 choke components using SAP purchasing system.
