Serve as first level support provider for issues arising from the use of the bank’s Corporate Alternate Channels
•Design, Prepare and Consolidate various performance reports of the units in the division thereby serving as a one-stop information center for the divisional head and also the various units
•Carry out market analysis to benchmark the bank’s electronic channels, import and export trade products’ performance against the entire industry.
•Monitor monthly Opex utilization against defined targets
•Applied my knowledge of relational databases using MS-SQL to every aspect of my activities to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval while maintaining data integrity and ensuring prompt delivery of reports
•Serve as the liaison between the division and Finance in Budget and other matters.
