Ensure the Facilities Services for Dubai Metro are managed
and maintained as a cost effective, safe and secure
environment and to ensure the effective provision of services
to internal and external customers of Dubai Metro.
* Assist Facilities Manager in managing sub contracted services
which are managed by the Facilities department across the
Metro system. Staff Transport •Waste Management •Pest
Control •Feminine Hygiene •Laundry •Uniforms / Shoes
•Foliage Maintenance •Confidential waste and recyclable
* Ensure all documentation is in order for ISO/ RTA Audits.
* Monthly review and consolidation of all Sub Contracted
Invoices Forms and job cards. Investigate and report incidents
* Carry out inspection and prepare reports based on findings /
observations / corrective actions/follow up Inspections will
be carried out at the same time as the service is being
delivered (various hours).Locations include Depot office
areas, internal areas of stations, trains, car parks and retail
outlets.
Liaised with the Operation Department for updating faults to
maintain KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
•Have worked in the E & M
Handled day to day Customer Inquiries, U.K & International
Postal services. Weigh letters and parcels, compute mailing
costs based on type, weight, and destination, and affix
correct postage.
* Keep money drawers in order, and record and balance daily
transactions. Maintain financial or account records.
* Dealt with Post Office Products Pensions, Home Insurance,
Car Insurance, Travel Insurance, Foreign Exchange, Post
office Credit card, Licenses & Vehicle tax, Home Phone &
Broad Band, Utility Bill payment.
Perform audits and inspections on staff transport buses on a
monthly basis and attend quarterly meeting with the staff
transport providing company team leaders and provide
feedback to the FM on any issues arising
* Manage control and storage of furniture, office moves,
archives and other equipment that is managed by the
Facilities Department & Assist PMO in relocating of office
furniture.
* Assemble & maintain facilities asset register.
* Maintain a defects/issues log for Facilities assets in all three
Dubai Metro depots.
* Prepare Maintenance Schedules for facilities assets and
closely monitor them resolve issues
* Relieve Central Support Assistant during her leave and have
thorough understanding on Uniform store work flow.
* Relive Receptionist during her leave and have thorough
understanding on the Reception work process.
* Supervise Office Assistants, Receptinist, sub contractor
services staff and deliver WI trainings to the new Office
Assistants
