I am the chief planning/scheduling and control engineer for the construction of a monumental 150 million Euro oil project. My duties include:
• Modifying a very demanding 7000 activity Microsoft project file.
• Producing vital quantity & resource reports that are used for material procurement.
• Creating earned value analysis reports.
• Ensuring that construction norms are met and that the project is on schedule.
• Reporting to the investors and our head office in Moscow.


Company Profile: Russian powerhouse Velesstroy is one of the biggest industrial construction companies in Russia. The company is currently working on multiple industrial projects throughout the country, including projects with budgets surpassing 1 Billion USD.

Company Profile: Beoland is a national construction and consulting company that drafts, finances and supervises the construction of key infrastructure projects in the wider Belgrade area (Republic of Serbia capital). Vital and high priority city projects such as the “Ada Bridge”, “Prokop” central railways station and the pilot Ikea shopping center were all directly managed and fall under the jurisdiction of Beoland.
My position in the company was as a Planning Engineer.
• Planning works & monitoring of the project.
• Allocating Resources utilizing Microsoft Project & Quantity Surveying.
• Preparing progress measurement reports and earned value analysis.
• Responsible for material procurement based on MS project reports.
• Site supervising and Consulting with contractors to solve ongoing day to day challenges.

Scope of work: Construction of residential buildings in the proximity of Belgrade city center.
Company Profile: Map Gradnja is a private construction company that specializes in the construction of small residential buildings. My position in the company was Site Planner/Supervisor. My primary duties included (but were not limited to) the following:
• Assisted Planning of Construction Projects.
• Monitoring construction activities and Project Planning.
• Reporting progress directly to the Project Manager.
• Quantity surveying. Reviewing construction plans and ordering material.
• Site supervising. Ensuring build quality and H&S precautions.
• Consulting with contractors and solving ongoing day to day challenges.
