Commissions or other valuable consideration, acts as an agent of a party in a real estate transaction to offer, advertise, solicit, list, promote, mediate, negotiate or effect the meeting of the minds on the sale, purchase, exchange, mortgage, lease or joint venture, or other similar transactions on real estate or any interest.
Reports directly to the Marketing Services Division Manager. Meet the clients to discuss their requirements and understand their target audience and business. Work closely with the design team to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client's brief. Responsible for the formulation and creation of basic layout and visual designs including typography, visual concept, logo and icon design. Attend photo shoots to ensure that creative concepts are followed and approve in-house large format printer the quality and color correctness of marketing visuals. Works on special requirements such as motion graphics, video editing, electronic billboard ads, 3D presentations for packaging and branding.
Electronically designed and drawn logos, forms, charts. Created page layouts, signs, diagrams, and presentation materials using computer graphics applications.
Conceptualized product brochures and advertisement layouts. Coordinated with publishing companies regarding advertisements. Prepared office forms, certificates, product newsletter, charts, presentation overheads, customized symbols and graphics. Designed spreadsheets and database entry forms and report formats in the computer.
Planned and allocated work to the artists according to the deadline of magazines. Supervised and checked the quality of works produced by artists. Designed brochures and in-house newsletter. Discussed with staff of the sales department the format of the advertisements.
