Working on steel manufacturing plant. Operates overhead crane .Always check crane functions before start the shift. Report to the immediate supervisor or foreman. If there's some abnormalities on crane function. Always make sure that the area is free from people before traveling with suspended load. Make sure to make horn or siren if you are traveling with suppended load. Make sure to follow crane SWL, safe working load. Important that you can understand crane hand signal. Specially in times you need some help of regger.
Work at steel plant company. Operates billet handling overhead crane. Make daily check list and check all crane function before the shift starts. Report to the immediate supervisor or foreman if there's abnormalities on crane function. Follow safe working load (SWL) of crane. Make sure that the area is clear of people before traveling with suspended load. Always turn on the alarm or horn everytime the crane has a load. Know the hand signal of rigger everytime you need assistance of signalman or rigger. Crane operator in billet bay section is responsible on recieving billets. From caster roller table to be transfer on stocking location. Responsible on charging billets on rolling mill charging table. Loading and off loading billets on trailer truck.
