• Supervise the foreman and leadsman in handling all the civil works considering the safety and quality requirements.
• Reads and studies the structural and architectural plans and implement it in the site and sometimes do necessary action whether to correct or to improve the design.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the option prior to execution of works.
• Coordinate with other engineers of different fields, such as electrical and mechanical engineers to make the construction job easier.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specs prior to execute.
• Plans the execution and coordinates with electrical and mechanical groups.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all civil work groups.
• Assigns target to accomplish and ensures targets are met on the schedule.
• Coordinates with the client / consultant’s representatives for any site instruction and inspection of the works.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection, and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.

• Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all civil related works at site.
• Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and electrical groups.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection request, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Estimates prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil and related works prior to execution. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends to the best options to the project manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site.
• Coordinates with client/consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Supports the goal in accomplishing all the targets for the civil operation group at site.
• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standard.
• Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
• Estimate rebar, formworks and volume of concrete
• Make rebar cutting list
• Knowledge in installation of per-cast slab and beams

• Monitor areas @ construction site to determine if proper guidelines are being followed by the construction team.
• Make sure that the installation complies with the building codes.
