Completing a 6 months practicum under the supervision of licensed dietitians:
- Performed Nutrition Care Process (NCP) using standardized language and ADIME format.
- Conducted screenings, assessments and implemented nutrition interventions on different diseases and
conditions (cancer, diabetes, etc..).
- Provided nutritional educations to patients.
- Presented medical and surgical case studies and a pediatric presentation.
Trained on how to assess and provide patients with a healthy lifestyle and meal plans.
- Performed body composition analysis.
Encountered food safety management system related to the unidirectional flow in the central kitchen.
