- Prepare monthly payroll sheets.
- Prepare and review annual leaves for all employees.
- Coordinate the annual performance appraisal for employees.
- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
- Complete procedures relating to staff termination or resignation, receive staff clearance certificate & deliver financial dues to the concerned employee.

- Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
