- Follow up employees attendance, annual leaves, sick leaves and permission hours.
- Review deductions, allowances, overtime, EOS, etc.
- Prepare monthly payroll sheets.
- Prepare and review annual leaves for all employees.
- Coordinate the annual performance appraisal for employees.
- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
- Complete procedures relating to staff termination or resignation, receive staff clearance certificate & deliver financial dues to the concerned employee.
- Mentor and train new employees in the dept.
- Conduct exit interviews. Schedule & organize interviews.
- Participate in applicants interviews.
- Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
- Follow up with insurance company related issues.
- Manage employee relations including administrative circulars, staff violations, staff grievances, employement contracts and employment termination.
- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organizations personnel policies and practices.
- Conduct all procedures regarding overtime from requests to payment of entitlments.
- Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
