 Going through implementation of COIBT, ISO and ITIL.
 Supervising and upgrading the IT department infrastructure and applications.
 Implementing Information Security standards.
 Approvals in purchases orders.
*Reviewing the system reports and approving the reports release

Implemented 5 projects (Core system, Call Center, Data Bank, MIS)

Prior to that was working as Business Analyst, Business *Development team leader and Application Researcher and Consultant.
*I was part of 13 application from GAP analysis, writing business requirements, managing the project, testing and project implementation.
--> As IT Compliance:
*Implemented ISO and COBIT standards.
*Writing Audit reports.
*Responsible of CRSA.
*Approving the yearly strategic plans.

 Implementation of business quality standard.
 Auditing the work flow and applications environment for IT department.
 Research and development of work quality in general.
