I was assigned as an Account Executive to handle a prestige account - NBAD worldwide and Dubai Airports as the client’s voice when developing and executing the work. The duties included meeting the clients to discuss their needs and briefing the policy easily to them. I was assigned also to make sure that the provided services are matching to the policy’s terms & conditions. Solving any problems and making sure that the deadlines for any inquiry are met. Checking and reporting on the work’s progress to the Business Development Manager.
I was assigned as field supervisor in the research & Statistics Department . It was a full-time job and duties included preparing the initial surveys and deciding the final plan after discussing with the researcher about the project’s objectives, the random sample. It also required me to prepare my team and provide them with full details about the projects and the main techniques that will be implemented in order to get the accurate results. Liaising with programmed staff of other ACTED departments to ensure adequate information sharing. Providing ACTED team, other NGO’s and the Government any information that might help them in the Humanitarian services.
Working as a Financial Authorized Consultant with Nexus Financial Services Dec 2011 - now: assist clients in long term planning in order to help them achieve their future goals, whether retirement (pension
planning) and education planning for their children to income protection (life insurances) and certain capital
accumulation & wealth preservation options.
