Manage the analytical process by designing, analyzing and interpreting complex performance reports such as but not limited to merchandising, category sales, retail store performance, promotional activation’ effectiveness and impact, annual sales budget, organizational framework review and analysis and travel retail market research and study.
Analytical Process
• Reviews, interprets and analyzes the monthly, quarterly and annual retail sales performance and integrate relevant interpretation as a result of performance diagnosis.
• Prepares and interprets complex and high level Product and Category Mix Analysis for the retail channel.
• Prepares comprehensive Category and Brand Sales Performance Analysis on a regular basis.
• Develops and upholds the most efficient method of conducting Trading Density and Retail Space Productivity Analysis.
• Analyzes, summarizes and interprets complex data involving Inventory Level Analysis per store.
• Conducts regular Promotional Impact and Sales Analysis.
• Orchestrates regular Business and Merchandise Development Opportunity Study in accordance with the strategic management plans and proposals.
• Analyzes and provides sound interpretation of Retail Sales KPI’s performance.
• Prepares, interprets and analyzes the Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Passenger Figures, Average Spend and Travel Retail Penetration Level for all Dubai Duty Free retail areas.
• Prepares, interprets and submits Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Activity Report for Operations Division
• Utilizes technology and effectively uses information systems/programs to generate relevant reports.
Orchestrates all related Vendor Promotions in the Shopfloor.
Vendor Promotions
• Mobilize the Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly activation of Vendor Promotions within the given calendar period.
• Liaises with Purchasing and Research Department and Shopfloor Operations regarding promotions and brand road shows.
Provides administrative support for Operations Division’ top management team.
Plan, Lead, Organize, Directs and Control the over-all operations of Franchise Operations and Development such as but not limited to Franchisee Sourcing, Retention and Assistance, Over-all Franchise Store Operations management.
Plan, Lead, Organize, Directs and Control the company’s nationwide New Store Opening and Market Development programs.
Prepares New Store Financial Pro-Forma Plan and Forecast and controls the over-all New Store Opening operating plans and budget.
