Responsible for the full showroom operations, achieving overall sales targets and budgets, manage, guarantee excellent customer service and staffs training's, stock (control) adequate ordering, inventory check in/out and storage, control of merchandising, display and adequate pricing, manpower planning, management, excerpt cash, credits and petty cash controls, maintaining awareness of all promotions and advertisements, performance in depth analysis (monthly, weekly, quarterly reporting), insurance of proper maintenance and overall showroom appearance and staffs hygiene, perform all functions carried out by shop supervisors and salesman when needed.
