Responsible of new shops design and all required architectural work by producing: design development drawings, Details drawings, BOQ and 3D rendered views, responsible on the supervision on the contractors works for all new stores in Lebanon and international.
Responsible on the maintenance as mechanical electrical, Plumbing and decoration for all Patchi boutiques
Architect in the concept design studio, designing the main ideas of the projects and execute the final 3d Renderings and presentations.
-since June 2009 I was transferred to the management Department as a Project manager at site for a big Office building in Beirut SIN EL FIL area MARC1 Project Close to the metropolitan hotel I was responsible on the Execution for the architectural and finishing work for the Whole project.
Senior Architect in the main core team of architecture for a 6 millions sqm Project, princess Nora university at Riyad Saudi Arabia. I worked on the architectural shop drawings and on the steel works for the project. Responsible on the work of four external offices related to our company that helping us with the shop drawings for four buildings: 3.1.0 Female administration, 3.2.0 Male administration, 3.4.0 Conference & Convention Center, 3.5.0 Central Library.
Studies and coordination for the metal work inside and outside for two buildings 4.1.0 research center, 4.2.0 Medical Center Hospital
Project manager chief of the department of maintenance of all company complexes as Architecture, civil works, plumbing and air conditioning problems, owner representative for the company responsible of all the new designs and executions that need to be added to the company complexes as interior and exterior designs.
