Civil works for the north field expansion project early stages (Pipe Sleepers & Pipe-rack, Culverts, Cable trenching 132KVA
FTP, Substation & ITR buildings, Spill basin, Tie end platform, Duct bank, & Water network for plant (Firewater, Rain water,
sanitary & oily pits, manholes, catch basins, Wear Box, valve pits & chambers).
Preparing & Reviewing the method of statement for the Dewatering, pipe sleepers, pipe bridges, road works, road detours, tank
work, substations.....etc.
Material requisition/Submittals, and following up with the procurement and PMV for the equipment needed to get the work
done.
Determined and scheduled priorities as required to progress engineering work.
Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
Preparation of the lifting plans for the manholes, sleepers, and many items to be lifted in the project for cranes and boontrucks.
Oversight of the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
Assess the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet
project goals.
Anticipates and resolves (in working with the contractor) on various problems such as changes in scope, and slippage of
schedules.
To Create, develop, and review work-scope of the project tasks.
Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher level management and clients.
Attending the weekly progress meeting with the client's management and periodic safety meetings.
Recommended improvements for design, construction means and materials based on field or changing conditions.
Assessed impact of modification requests for ongoing projects.
Completed construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.
Developed and implemented solutions to maintain and improve client infrastructure at existing sites.
Working as a construction engineer for the underground and utility (piping and electrical) works in the FGP (Future Gas Project) with TCO
(Tengiz Chevron Oil) as the owner.
My responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications, as well as safety and sanitation standards, are being met.
- Guide managerial and industrial personnel by providing technical advice regarding design, construction, structural repairs, and site modifications.
- Oversee all construction, maintenance, and operations activities on project sites.
- Site Road maintenance around the year.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Set out, level and survey the site.
- Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Responsibilities:
- Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.
- Compile, check and approve reports.
- Review and approve project drawings.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) packages for designing projects.
- Undertake complex and repetitive calculations.
- Schedule material and equipment purchases and delivery.
- Attend public meetings to discuss projects, especially in a senior role.

manufacturing practices, and safety on all work assignments.

A consultant for the construction of twin villas, and the renovation of a third constructed one from ground zero. My
responsibilities included but were not limited to:
- A communication link between the owner and the contractor.
- Quantity surveying for all the stages of construction.
- Managing all the purchase orders, Dealing with the suppliers.
- Provide all the materials on-site when needed.
- Shop drawings.
- Checking the contractor's work to ensure it’s within the required standards.
- procurement management, and Meeting with the local suppliers and preparing purchase orders.
Working as a site engineer for Earthworks in the JSRU (Jazan Sulfur Recovery Unit) project with ARAMCO as the owner.
My duties included but were not limited to:
- Set out, level and survey the site.
- Excavating near the beach where the water table was an obstacle we dealt with repeatedly with dewatering.
- Excavation and Back-filling of the pipe-rack, manholes, STRs, and Substation foundations.
- Casting the foundation of the mentioned excavated structures of a raft, pedestals, and combined footing.
- Erecting a 20km road all around the project of rigid pavement, around the pipe racks and paving a loading yard.
- coordinating with the asphalt plant, and quarry for the required supply and specification of the asphalt mix design, Base-coarse
and backfilling materials.
- Prepared monthly consumption (material, utilities, labor, etc.) and daily progress reports.
- Made necessary adjustments to keep operating costs within the projected range.
- Reviewed drawings and made necessary modifications in the soft copy (AutoCAD) as suggested by the manager and discussed
the changes with the client.
- Arranged Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for the required structural members.
- Prepared work schedule with great consideration for time-off requests, labor rules, and worker readiness.
- Supervising a staff comprising of Engineers (01 Numbers), supervisors (03 Numbers) and Technicians/ Skilled & unskilled
manpower (50 numbers).
Working as a site civil engineer for the infrastructure works, at the central processing facility (CPF) project, in Adam, Khazzan
area in Oman's desert, with the BP (British Petroleum) as the owner.
My responsibilities included but were not limited to:
- Constructing a road that connects the camp to the project site which came to be a 15km road.
- paving the roads for the new camp being constructed near the site.
- Quarry Manager, Running and managing the Quarry.
- Starting and finishing the earthwork preparations.
- Excavating and back-filling of the buildings, pipe racks, and GTGs.
- Preparing the permits, and authorizations for all of the works.
- Coordinating to provide any material required at the site such as sand, aggregate, and Class A material, from Muscat.
- Running a fleet of 93 equipment that consisted of Dozers, Scrapers, excavators, Graders, Wheel Loaders, Pneumatic Rollers,
sheepsfoot, Double Drum, Backhoes, Tippers, Trailers, Water Tankers, and Bobcats.
- Supervising a staff comprising of Engineers (02 Numbers), supervisors (07 Numbers), and Technicians/ Skilled & unskilled
manpower (120 numbers).
Working at the site in the BWN project (Bausher wastewater network), and ASCS project (Mawalih wastewater network), as a site
engineer for road rehabilitation and construction in a rural and high traffic areas.
My responsibility included but was not limited to:
- applying for the permits for road closure and detours from the police and municipality.
- Revealing the pipes already installed.
- Preparing red marks for the mainline.
- Commencing the installation of the manholes for the approved pipes in the rehabilitation area.
- Constructing new lines.
- Submitting of RFI's, and closing the RFIs with the consultant.
- Final testing of constructed sewerage lines with leak, mirror, and flow test.
- Performing the CCTV.
- Casting concrete over the HDPE manholes.
- DI cover installation.
- supervising the road closures, and redirecting the traffic to insure a safe and smooth operation is ongoing.
- determine either a milling machine is sufficient for road rehabilitation or the base needs to be replaced.
- coordinating 5 teams for paving in different areas without traffic jamming.
- calculating and ordering the required amount of asphalt to be paved.
- road marking and road pumps construction.
- insure the sloping and the manholes level is as per drawing and road design.
- constructing new roads as ordered by the municipality of Muscat that counted up to 30km.
- making sure the consultant is satisfied with the paved asphalt, and getting the NFIs approved.
Design Engineer Working in the BWN (Bausher wastewater network) project for the sewerage network as a designer
(Engineering).
My responsibility included but was not limited to:
- Preparing the shop drawing of the pipes routes for house connection.
- Preparing the shop drawing of the riders connecting to the main branches.
- Preparing the shop drawing of the pipes mainline that riders connect to.
- Preparing the shop drawing of the fiber-optic network.
- Preparing the Shop Drawing for the reinforced manholes on site.
- Site visits to verify the routes and topography and best route to be taken for the pipes designed.
Worked as a procurement engineer for 3 months at the BWN(Bausher wastewater network)
project. My responsibility included: Verifying the material needed to start the project and the
Specifications required for manholes, pipes, accessories, concrete, tiles, interlock, material for a pumping station. Sending inquiries to suppliers regarding the required material. Meeting with the
suppliers constructing the comparison sheet, preparing a profile for each company chosen, and
negotiating the chosen suppliers with the consultant.
2 months of Intensive training in the project of PNUW (Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University
for women), the package included the building of a mosque, chillers, boilers, generator plant,
warehouse, and the administration buildings. in which the orientation for the training focused.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering which included: Building, Asphalting, Water Treatment, and environmental courses.
