 Coordinate and supervise all the operations within the branch ensuring the daily activities of the tellers are performed in a timely.
 Order and conduct cash management duties.
 participate in a sales and service culture consistent with the plan goals.
 Provide working leadership and guidance to tellers through assignment of work by providing technical guidance.
 Supervise teller staff, assist in delevoping teller.
 Assist tellers in solving member problems, aid tellers with balancing problems.
 Ability to step in for the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager
 Accurate completion of required audit logs.
 Audit ATM on a daily basis according to policy.
 Investigate teller losses and institute a corrective flow of work.
 Research and resolve member questions, problems and concerns by telephone, written correspondence or in person.
 Assist branch management with any other duties, as assigned.
 Work overtime if requested by management.
