Royal Court Vaccine Successful project result the new project agreement with the Tamer Facilities.
*Ministry of Defense (Jeddah & Taif) Project: Ambiant & Cold Medical & Medicines Warehouse & Supply Chain management NUPCO Stock managing at the Warehouse & distribution to the MOD Hospitals & Customers with 100% satisfied Customer PODs. Successful MOD Project result the additional Hajj Project agreement with Tamer Warehouse Facilities.
*Hajj Medicine/Medical Warehousing & Distribution Project: Engaged in receiving, preparing & managing NUPCO Orders at the Tamer Warehouse Facilities and providing Supply Chain Services to all Hospitals/Ground labs & remote Medical Vans during Hajj Season
*SRCA (Saudi Red Crescent) Project Management:
Inbound, Inventory, Outbound & Warehouse Management for SRCA newly launched project in Tamer Logistics/Group. MOH (Ministry of Health) Project Management:
MOH recently launched Project management with Good Warehouse & supply chain for the Customer satisfaction.
Complete Business Analysis & Recommendation(s) (including 04 Warehouse(s), Showroom(s), Shops, Carpentry & Maintenance Division) Recommended & Generated Standard procedures & SOP(s) for all Divisions from Traditional to e-Commerce Business & introducing new Departments as per Business needs. Introducing & Implementing more optimized and standard plans from Building blocks to all Barcoded Facilities (Warehouse(s), shop, showrooms etc). Monitoring & optimizing Logistics & Supply for all Divisions.
