promote the bank’s services & products to the customers
open accounts just upon the approval of the branch manager due to procedures and policies of our bank, after knowing your customer (KYC forms) his purpose, his banking needs and sustainability.
responsible for the visa electron cards (issuing, following up, till delivering it to customers)
Issuing chequebooks after passing it to my supervisor, checking black list, etc.
Fulfill customers demands such as lost passbook, forgotten password, add special conditions to customers’ accounts, statement of accounts, changing signatures, changing addresses etc.
Promote our bank’s loans due to the type & need of our customers (salary advance loan, car loan, house loan) since customer services officer is responsible of every aspect of retail banking. We are the key of marketing, we work closely with customers. We know the type & need of every customer from the time he opened the account or due his daily transactions.
Responsible for customers’ correspondence (reply their faxes, letters, provide them with their request such as statements of account, fixing balances or transfer’s request.
Prepare and audit outward transfers & pass it to the supervisor.
Bills domiciliation (electricity, local phone, mobile, etc)
Salary domiciliation.
Account renewals after coordinating with my supervisor for the interest rates.
Issue certificates of balances for the embassy, governement, companies, etc.
GPA 3.5/4 of major courses GPa 3.45/4 elective courses (Upper 2nd Class Honor 1st Division-Very Good)
