• Counsel prospective students and family members about admission criteria and other critical factors in the educational decision process.
• Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls and face to face meetings.
• Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
• Follow up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, phone calls and emails.
• Review all students’ applications and follow up with them in case there is a missing document.
• Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks to generate student reports for management whenever required.
• Participate in all recruitment event, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
• Visiting high schools and community colleges to answer questions regarding the College's admission requirements, available curricular and academic programs, housing, and scholarships.
• Participating in on campus visit programs, new student’s orientation, and campus retention programs.
• Coordinate with high schools for admission activities including student registration, testing and recruitment.
• Working with deans, provosts, and department chairpersons in ascertaining and communicating the use of transferred units in meeting college and major requirements.
• Working with the student affairs committee that deals with students’ absences and their excuses.
• Presenting the University to prospective students and the public.
• Coordinate in elections, events, and student activities.
• Interact with students and provide them with administrative and personal guidance.
• Interpretation and implementation of university policies and regulations in student affairs functional area.
• Coordinate between students and the student affairs committee.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and cost involved.
• Provide an annual analysis report for all students who applied each semester.
