Led projects detail design and prepared all company proposals for the projects tender
Managed and supervised a team of highly experienced technicians and engineers as the Project Management Consultant team in Shazand Imam Khomeini Oil Refinery Extension Project and performed all other professional tasks and duties of my position like reporting and monitoring the project progress and etc.
In position of OIEC (General Contractor) in Phases 9&10 of South Pars Development Project, conducted and supervised construction activities of 4 major construction contractors at project site utilizing OIEC construction team in 4 site areas in Assaluyeh, Iran.
Reviewed and commented instrumentation and control detail design documents and vendor documents of offshore production and wellhead topsides and oil transfer pipelines,
Supervised construction activities of Salman Oil Field Development Project offshore topsides (wellheads, production platforms and living quarters) in 2 construction sites.
Supervised construction of instrumentation and control system of 2 production platforms, 2 wellhead platforms and 2 living quarters of Norooz and Soroush oil fields development project in NSQ (Naft Sazeh Qeshm) fabrication yard in Qeshm Island through daily inspections. Supervised instrument calibration activities in the site calibration shop. Contributed in daily Shell project control meetings. Contributed in the site HSE integrated team.
In Phases 2&3 of South Pars Gas Field Development Project:
Worked with MAINTA CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for managing the work orders and reservation of the required spare parts and consumables. Issued and followed the required work permits through the PTW (Permit To Work) system. Handled the required instrument maintenance works at site and workshop. Accomplished the required HSE training courses including, HSE induction course, basic fire fighting, PTW system, H2S, SIMOPS, BA (Breathing Apparatus) usage.
In Phases 2&3 of South Pars Gas Field Development Project:
Prepared instrumentation and control (I&C) course material including texts, slides and exams for training. Conducted the general I&C course for the 1st batch of trainees. Designed and equipped a training workshop (lab) for the specific I&C course. Prepared course material for the specific course in I&C. Conducted the specific course in I&C for the 1st batch of trainees.
In Jajarm Alumina Plant construction site:
Supervised the installation of instrument and control systems including PLCs and the DCS system in the project. Supervised fiber-optic cabling, splicing and tests in the project. Issued technical queries and nonconformity reports to the EP (Engineering and Procurement) contractor (Techno Export Co.).
Conducted a vast number of contractual meetings between KTC and ABB Kraftwerke to finalize the division of works between the joint venture of ABB-KTC for EPC contracts of Karoon 1, Karoon 3, Godar Landar and Karkheh hydroelectric power plants control systems. Planned and conducted sales and marketing strategies to increase the company's share in the power plants control systems market. Prepared bid documents (technical proposal and financial quotation) for the control system, LV & MV switchgears, HVAC and lighting system of Moghan hydroelectric power plant tender that led to winning the tender by KTC. Managed design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of a PLC control and monitoring system for controlling Jiroft barrage gates from Jiroft Hydroelectric Power Plant.
Prepared tender document preparation, invitation to bid and performing technical bid evaluation of control system of Karoon1 (4x250MW), Karoon 3 (8x250MW), Godar Landar (4x250MW) and Karkheh (3x133.5MW) Hydroelectric Power Plant projects. Conducted technical clarification meetings with the bidders. Reviewed and commented detailed engineering documents of Karoon 1 Hydroelectric Power Plant equipment (e.g. main power plant cranes).
Performed all instrumentation and control tasks in Catalytic units of Shazand Oil Refinery.
