Design of commercial /residential /industrial projects:
• Mixed-Use Tower, Lusail, Qatar, High-rise mixed-use tower consisting of 40 levels with Hi-Tec materials and state-of-the art electromechanical installations. Design duties included power layouts design as well as MV/LV schematics.
• King Fahd Naval Academy, KSA, Electrical design (power, indoor/street/obstruction lighting, MV/LV schematics, infrastructure, low current, lightning protection and earthing systems) of 50 buildings (offices/residential/load centers, pumping stations and sewage treatment plants). Site area approximately 10 square kilometers.
• District cooling plant, QATAR, Electrical design (power, indoor/outdoor lighting, LV schematics and low current design) of two district cooling plants in accordance with KAHRAMAA, QCS and QCDD regulations.
• SANG building, KSA, Indoor/Outdoor lighting design of a 5000m2 commercial building.
Design of infrastructure/ roads projects:
• Roumieh-Beit Mery bypass project phase 3 &4, LEBANON, Road and tunnel lighting calculations, design and details, as well as telephone network design for a 4Km long road with a 200m long tunnel.
• Taif University, KSA, Telecom infrastructure design for fiber optic data and telephone system. Site area approximately 30 square kilometers.
• AQABA LPG terminal, Located at AQABA port, Aqaba, Jordan. Project consists of one 170M long trestle and a 20m² platform with 2 marine loading arms to extract LPG from the LPG jetty.
- Designed exterior lighting and fire and gas detection and signaling system drawings and detail drawings, sized main distribution board, circuit breakers and cabling for the entire project, coordinated with site engineers, contract department and procurement department.
• TALEX Taweelah Aluminium Extrusion Plant, Located at KIZAD, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. covering 200000m² and mainly consisting of a cast house building and extrusion building among others.
- Validated the consultant’s design drawings, reviewed specifications and BOQ, performed value engineering tasks and reviewed design sub-contractor’s electrical drawings.
- Electrical systems included MV cables and transformers, LV panels, lighting and emergency lighting, power and small power, fire alarm, BMS, grounding and lightning, CCTV, access control and public address systems.
• SHAH Gas Development Project-Abu Dhabi, Project covers 8 substations and 4 equipment shelters in the frame of the shah Gas Development (SGD) Program :
- Designed single line diagrams, grounding layouts, lightning layouts, lighting layouts, small power layouts, telecommunication drawings and fire & gas detection drawings.
• DSP Project (Distribution service provider), working with BUS(BUTEC Utility Services), an affiliate of BUTEC: Shop drawing for Batroun investment plan:
- Performed on-site inspection of all MV/LV substations in the specified Batroun region as well as the inspection of all the concerned roads and thus specifying the exact cable routing to be used for future construction works.
• Villa triplex-Baskinta, Lebanon, Designed lighting, power, grounding, lightning, data and intrusion detection layouts as well as single line diagrams, sized backup generator and UPS.
• Estimation of projects: Tramway d’ouargla (Algeria), Barika Waste water treatment plant (Algeria), Refigerated warehouse of Biskra (Algeria), Central area field complex (Algeria), Q-Med medical factory (Qatar), Lusail marina district cooling (Qatar) and Al-Dakhira waste water treatment plant (Qatar).
- Prepared preliminary drawings, tender calculation reports and BOQs while coordinating with the estimation department.
• Kousba 2177 residential and commercial center (Lebanon - July 2013): full electrical design including lighting, power and grounding layouts, as well as small power drawings and electrical single line diagrams.
• TCC administration offices (Tanzania - October 2013) : Electrical design and shop drawing for TCC offices including lighting layouts, EIB design, power layouts, low current layouts, panel board design, BOQ and writing electrical specifications for use during construction phase.
• Baabdat 3316 aluminum factory (Lebanon - July 2014): Designed all required electrical drawings including lighting, power layouts and single line diagrams.
