• Handle the switchgear projects from the LOI stage till the delivery and T&C stages.
• Propose commercial adjustments to the LOI, concerning the delivery period, payment terms and liquidated damages.
• Plan the execution of the projects according to the stock availability & the Materials’ expected date of arrival ETA, the projects under production, manpower availability/outsourcing and the committed delivery dates.
• Coordinate between all the departments (Design, Procurement, Store, Production, QA/QC and Testing & Commissioning Team) in order to make sure that the project is being executed smoothly under high professional standards and according to the delivery schedule.
• Prepare the Purchase Requisition of Materials (PRM) after receiving the (BOQ) from the design team and determine the estimated price limit margins in order to procure below it.
• Study the weekly reports from the QA/QC Team and the FAT/SAT comments to detect and diagnose a fault that could happen. Moreover, propose solutions to increase the efficiency of the team and take preventive measures.
• Monitor the site testing and commissioning engineers in order to organize the site works according to the plan.
• Prepare the planning of the projects and share the milestones with each department accordingly.
• Conduct meetings with the end user / contractor in order to assure
A smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with the finance team in order to precede the work according to the contractor’s outstanding payments.
• Report to the management the status of each project.
