Role and Responsibilities:
* Carried out 160 desktop valuations as part of the liquidation process of one of the
country’s largest banks, abiding to a strict time frame and employing my strong
numeracy skills and a strict attention to detail
* Assisted in the production of full red-book compliant valuations on some of the largest
office buildings in Ireland for various purposes including the continued suitability for
secured lending and internal accounts purposes
* Research on the Dublin student accommodation market in conjunction with the
Student Accommodation Department in Knight Frank London as part of their ongoing
work in this growing market
* Taking phone calls on queries for reports from multiple sources including banks and
general property investors
* Loan-book valuations on behalf of international investors. Valuations involved
reviewing a wide variety of assets including office blocks, multi-unit residential
developments, retail units and shopping centres.
