Achievements: Undertaken the Preparation, Mobilization and Takeover tasks of the buildings & its services from the construction agencies to the facility provider within scheduled time. Mainly to carry out the Facilities Management mobilization activities, Hard & Soft services deliverables. Main Responsibilities;
• Contract management for the project against the scope and requirement
• Coordinate for the Training of OM staff with the site agencies and ensure the quality transfer of training manuals, operation guidelines.
• Quality review of the close out documents and records of the project and liaise with the Client & project agencies for the proper hand over/ Takeover OM documentations.

Project: Hamad Port (New Port Project) Mesaieed Qatar.
Achievements: Construction supervision of all Mechanical works under scope of contractors & suppliers for the Commercial Terminals package contract and besides coordination for the MEP works. The package includes three terminals with individual D&B buildings, Utility Buildings, Refrigerated storage building, Sub-stations, DG set buildings Land fuel (Diesel/ Petrol) system and Potable, Foul, Irrigation and Fire water pumping stations, Infrastructure piping network distribution, Building service mechanical system HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire-fighting & protection, Visda/ FM 200 system for the Port Buildings. The main responsibilities include,
• Monitor & ensure contractors construction performance, progress, quality & delivery is within the project contract conditions & requirements. To manage the contractor to perform as required by the contract and report non-compliance if any with regards to quality and safety matters.
• Review & verification of document submittals such as Design & IFC drawings, prequalification, drawings, material, method statements, quality & safety procedures, RFI’s in compliance with the project contract documents and site work records.
• Provide technical support to projects on design matters during detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation and commissioning stages of projects, which often involves site visits. Review the major Equipment material submittals referred from Projects
• Monitor and manage the contractor’s works comply with the as relevant to project specification, standards and in consideration with local authority requirements of QCS, ASHGHAL, KAHRAMAA, QCDD for the package 032 MEP works. The work includes Land Fuel system, Equipment, HVAC, Chillers system, Fire-fighting, Pump stations, Water supply & Mechanical services for the design & build and utility buildings including sub-stations.
• Technical observation to forward to contract/ commercial departments where the works changes may affect terms & conditions of the contract
• Handle technical meetings, procurement meetings & progress meetings and monitor the operations. Ensure the procurement activities taken care and advance information’s furnished by the vendors.
• Assist the contract team and Quantity survey teams and involve in the contract management
• Witnessing the material/ equipment factory testing and onsite & off site inspection (FAT & SAT)
• Technical coordination and services support to the Client NPP/ Mwani and establish good relation.

Achievements: Lead the mechanical team for field engineering and implementation of Mechanical services and successfully completed which include the underground Potable water piping, Firefighting piping, Drainage piping, Gas piping network, sub-stations work, etc.
The main responsibilities include the following but not limited to,
• Construction supervision and quality assurance of the Mechanical works and lead the team of inspectors
• Field design engineering, with respect to concept/IFC design drawings, specification and standards
• Provide consultancy services, construction supervision and technical assistance to the client including contractual issues.
• Coordination with the design consultant and other site agencies for the tie-ins
• Site management related to the mechanical matters such as procurement, delivery & inspections
• Quality review of design drawings and handle onsite project queries

Achievements: Implementation of Barwa City development Sewage Treatment Plant, underground utilities & building services works, Qatar. The main responsibilities,
• Managed the overall construction management and construction supervision of the MEP part of the project as handled the complete scope of work with a limited team of inspectors
• Supervision of the works of supply, installations and its inspection to ensure smooth progress
• Monitor and record the compliances and deviations if any with respect to contract requirement
• Attend/conduct meetings- for progress, procurement, RFI’s, ITP’s, RFW’s, Test packs, quality and safety
• Witness equipment/material inspections at factory and site as requirement by the specification

Project consists of the construction of: both underground & above ground steel piping (size up to 40” diameter), underground valve chambers, electrical chambers & duct upvc piping, mechanical installations and associated re-instatement works of infrastructure & roads such as asphalting, tiling, etc.
• Al Bustan Commercial Complex with high rise buildings, Abudhabi, UAE
The project consists of high rise buildings blocks namely, hotel block, furnished blocks, service block and east and west blocks with common huge basements.
• Tijara Town: Roads & Infra-structure development Project, Dubai, UAE(Client: Dubai Properties)
Land development project consists of construction of infrastructure underground services, roads, street lighting, firefighting & irrigation network system, Pumping station, hard landscaping and pumprooms.
• Mirdiff Villas & Buildings: Roads & Infrastructure works development project, Dubai, UAE.
(Client: Dubai Properties)- Land development project consists of construction of infrastructure underground services, roads, street lighting, firefighting & irrigation network system, Pumping stations, hard landscaping and pumprooms.
• District cooling piping network system for High rise buildings of Business Bay Executive Towers, Dubai, UAE. (Client: Empower / Dubai Properties)- Project consists of the construction of steel piping (size upto 48” dia), underground valve chambers, electrical chambers & duct upvc piping, mechanical installations, ETS, etc.
Had the complete responsibility to manage the project from the beginning till handing over, by taking into account the schedule, quality and the budget control. The projects include Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) and Civil works.

c) Abudhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) spur gas pipeline project Sheikh Zayed military city
Responsibilities included:
• Co-ordination between inter departments for mechanical technical clarifications,
• Attending progress meetings, planning & scheduling the work and resources control
• Liaison with the main contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers for the smooth operations
• Had complete refurbishment responsibility of the refinery’s mechanical equipment and making them like new with a controlled schedule to the highest quality level. The activities included inspections, cleaning, testing, fixing of new insulations & refractory linings.

A Project Management Organisation, undertaken the prestigious project M/s. Mangalore Refineries & Petrochemicals Ltd. India, as owner’s representative to carry out the tasks for the successful implementation of the project as scheduled and within the contractual terms & conditions.
I have been deputed from Toyo Engineering (I) Ltd. to Toyo Engineering Corporation for the Project Management & Control (PMC) team.
Being in the overall Project Management Control (PMC) team, I have carried out many responsibilities and successfully completed to companies satisfaction during my tenure from the initial stage to the commissioning of the whole project plant. My main responsibilities include,

I have been deputed for the under construction project of 210 MW combined cycle power plant, a gas & steam power plant and my main responsibilities include,
