● Review; approve Contractor’s Shop Drawings, all electrical material submittals, and Samples as per the specification and Standards
● Supervision & monitoring of day-to-day site activities and maintain quality control
● Raising the Non-Confirmation Report (NCR) against the poor quality of Work and violation of specification.
● Prepare the Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Report.
● Witness testing and commissioning of the works.
● Inspection of all incoming materials for Electrical services to ensure that any material brought to the site for installation has been given prior approval and is in strict conformance with contract documents.
● Monitor all storied materials for electrical services are in compliance with proper storage procedures
● Verify the Monthly Bills as per the Site Progress and Approved Inspection.
● Preparation of snag List.
● Review approves the Contractor’s AS BUILT Drawings and O&M Manual Submittals
● Coordination with RE, ARE & Engineers
• Estimates prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the electrical workgroups at the site.
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and CIVIL groups.
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at the site.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
• Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at the site.
• Ensures that all the works have done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
• Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
• Performs other related duties as may be required by the Asst. Project Manager.
• Preparation of Data points schedule for Building Management system (BMS) as per project specifications including monitor and controls of HVAC system (FAHU’s, AHU’s, FCU’s, Staircase pressurization fans, Smoke extract Fans, ETS), water supply, Fire Fighting system, Fire Alarm system, Preaction system, Lighting control system and coordinating with Honeywell for design and execution.
• Designing of detailed circuit diagrams for Control panels of (FAHU’s, AHU’s, Smoke and staircase Extract fans) etc as per approved Data point schedule from consultant and interfacing with BMS and Fire Alarm.
• Installation of Honeywell CCTV system indoor and outdoor fixed and PTZ Cameras on milestone server.
• Installation and testing commissioning of Honeywell EIB (Managed Lighting control system) including integration of lighting control system with Blinds and motorized curtains, manual dimming with remote controls and automatic dimming as per Different scenes selections of different areas.
• Installation and testing commissioning of Fire Alarm system (GST, Honeywell, Johnson Control and Minimix
• Systems).
