District Sales Manager - reporting to Senior Operation Manager
Responsibilities:
Operate and control from 15 to 19 Starbucks Coffee Shops.
Maintain actual sales above annual budget plan.
Complete organizing and planning of new openings.
Ensure that profit margins are maintained by P&L control.Implementation and execution of promotional products at coffee shop level.
Main projects and achievements:
Achieved 20% like for like growth in the region in 2015. Achieved the highest average daily sales in the region by 84k PLN.
Organization and the opening of four new Coffee Shops in one quarter in 2015.
Achieves financial objectives by staying within budgets for accrual and overhead costs. .
Provides information to corporate management by recapping promotional activity; reporting business opportunities, results, trends, and competitive information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Trains, develops and motivates restaurant teams by leveraging interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written).
Operates and control from 7 to 10 outlets.
Achieves financial objectives by staying within budgets for accrual and overhead costs. .
Provides information to corporate management by recapping promotional activity; reporting business opportunities, results, trends, and competitive information.

Overseeing the opening of new Restaurants
Motivating and supporting Restaurant managers with specific issues, such as staffing and business management; Implementing the company's business development strategies within the outlets in their area;
Acting as a link between head office and restaurant managers; Standardizing systems and policies within outlets to meet the company's overall style or image;
Reporting to head office on a regular basis on business developments and challenges in their area.
Marketing and promotion of the business.
Operates and control from 4 to 6 outlets.
Ensuring a consistent set of standards
Planning, forecasting and analyzing usage trends
Benchmarking like restaurants to challenge on efficient
spending by line item
On-going pro-active internal audit reviews regarding cash
management
Burger King restaurants account analysis projects
Analyzing and working with outside and existing suppliers to
ensure cost effective contracts services, competitive prices and training needs
Coaching regarding restaurants management team handling of
None food related products and services.
