3. Lead Reviewer/coordinator of consultant’s design verification and validation of subcontractors shop drawings/diagram, equipments material data sheet, electrical plan & layout for the PA system, IDS, IPTV and VoD systems of the Abu Dhabi Financial Center (ADFC)/Sowwah Square.
4. Member of the Oger International - Abu Dhabi, Testing & Commissioning Team for the AV & Broadcast, Structured Cabling of the Abu Dhabi Financial Center (ADFC)& Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) - Sowwah Square Projects.
5. With knowledge in Fire Alarm, Security (Access Control) System and Structured Cabling System.
6. On-site inspection & snagging of Structured Cabling, AV rooms, Auditorium & broadcast studio. Carrying out inspection on site as per submitted Request for Inspection, Material Inspection Report, Closure of snagging and Testing and Commissioning comments from subcontractor in coordination with other MEP trades.
7. Preparing updated report for snags, testing and commissioning, MIR, RIA and as built status.
8. Responsible for approval of submitted field record drawings and as built drawings from MEP subcontractors in compliance with the as built requirements of all electrical assets.
9. Participated in the meetings conducted by the QA/QC department.
10. Conduct daily/weekly site meeting with MEP subcontractor to monitor day to day progress and issues.
11. Prepare daily report/ daily report for heads of department reference and information that concerns progress and pending issues
