• Going for Sales visits and meeting clients.
• Demonstrating and presenting products.
• Prepare Sales report.
• Achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Ability to organize & prioritize workload within any setting.
• Negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients.
• Track product line sales and costs.
• Preparation of marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data.
• Daily reporting to the Manager about the daily sales and promotions.
• Work closely with central marketing and business development teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are implemented.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude towards work.
• Performed other duties in line with scope of work and as instructed by the direct manager.
• Preparing accounts.
• Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
• Compiling and presenting reports, budgets
• Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas etc. in social affairs office as well as prepare on-line applications of immigration in compliance with Kuwait laws and regulations.
• Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
• Ability to organize & prioritize workload within any setting.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude towards work.
• Responsible to complete residence formalities such as medical checkup, finger prints, medical insurance for all new employees of Company timely.
• Coordinate employment / visit visas and health cards issuance.
• Timely follow-up on residences renewal.
• Reminder for Employee Passport renewal.
• Keep records of personnel for visas, passports, civil i.d.s, and other important documents.
• Update & communicate all new laws or rules issued by Government.
• Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and current affairs.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
• Attending inbound calls of US clients.
• To meet the customer needs and provide customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries.
• Proper recording of the customer requirements.
