 Telectron is the authorized distributor of above mentioned products in UAE.
 My role is to meet all customers, Promote the products to customers, provide solution based selling to customers based on technical team discussion with client group, taking leading role for successful closeout of opportunities generated by us as well as RFQs forwarded by Principals, Maximize market awareness of products, Develop & Market penetration strategy, Proactively promote and new products introduction, generate new RFQ’s, collecting the Project information & ensure our company name in the approved list.
 Develop the overall pursuit strategy in coordination with all team leaders. Specifying the products in early stage of bids and FEED process.
 Provide inputs on Project tracks & forecasts, supports sales team on Proposals, Estimation and Pricing.
 Liaise with other departments as necessary to provide a customer centric solution.
 Preparing detailed scope of work, Bill of materials, Assisting Estimation and tendering of E&I Projects for Oil and Gas Industries and vendor correspondence on important issues.
 Arranging our offer to customer, Techno-commercial negotiations with customer, Finalizing the order. Negotiating with Manufacturer & releasing the internal PO to them. Make sure that the order is executed promptly.
 Arranging kick off meeting with customer & discuss the technical points to meet the exact customer requirement. Updating customers with proper documents.
 Maintain & Monitor a customer satisfaction level with Key customers and develop a better understanding
with all end users. Provide customer feedback and market requirements /Competitor activities to Principals.
 Conducting periodic seminars, Training & Presentation to all technical people in the plant. Full support to
install base projects.
 Conducting regular meeting with our team. Preparing the Monthly Plan & get approval from management, attending the sales Meeting & providing constructive ideas to the Management.
 Utilizing the company resources for the completion of project with our best supports. Coordinate with third part items suppliers to fulfill our commitment based on our techno commercial terms.
 Make a strategy with management to achieve Sales targets, Periodic web conference with the Manufacturer to clear the pending issues & delaying deliveries. arranging the Manufacturers meeting with the customers.
 Liaison between Finance dept and customer contract dept to solve the commercial and contractual issues.

 Based on the my efforts, our division exceeded the sales targets & received Outstanding achievement award from Schneider-Foxboro in the year 2014.
 Appreciation received from Schneider-Foxboro, Detronics & SSM Software companies for my efforts in various projects.
