*Conduct and lead investigations into any fraudulent activity.
*Observe any type of customer or staff transactions to flag or identify any suspicious activity.
*Analyzing the sales reports of the assigned areas and report to the Fraud Management any suspicious activity found.
* Prepare presentations and reports, regarding the noncompliance and suspected fraud cases.
*Meet with the assigned Store Managers, Area Managers and Senior Directors, to discuss the reported cases, and the Corrective Actions that can be taken, in order to reduce the number of such cases, and to improve the sales procedures.
*Attract potential customer by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
*Review the own performance and aim at exceeding personal targets.
*Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department
*Efficiently gather the customers and market information to enable conflicts regarding the customer specifications to their managers, delivery and variation in prices
* Planning and delivering initiatives for market growth.
* Providing a safe and secure retail environment for shoppers.
* Proposing and implementing promotions and special offers.
* Deciding on service standards.
* Mentoring new employees.
* Controlling and maintaining the budgets and expenditure.
* Implementing and managing the shops security and anti theft policies.
* Ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively in all operational areas such as stock control, admin and presentation.
*Responsible for the daily control of cash flow and perform billing transactions.
*Ensure all billings are allocated correctly and charged accordingly to the company policy.
*Oversee the daily closing of all billings and cash flow balance against the submission of accounts.
*Performing other related duties as required by the Finance Manager.
*Preparing tables for meals, including the complete set up of linens, silverware and
glassware.
*Performing light food preparation duties including bread, salad preparation, appetizers and
desert presentation.
*Greeting guests in a professional manner and provide education about the food and
beverage menus, how menu items are prepared, the ingredients used and the different
cooking methods.
*Work and maintenance, with multiple military radio stations, telephones, and telegraphs
