To help achieve the smooth co-ordination of all team members within the fitness department.
•To oversee all aspects associated with the day to day activities performed by the fitness team and some cases take sole ownership of certain responsibilities.
•Ensuring a clean, fully operational facility is provided which is safe and well organized that has team members well organized, well groomed and in attendance at all times.
•Assist the General Manager in Point of Sale Booking.
•Ensure that relevant system are in place to monitor the maintenance of the gym equipment and feedback information to the relevant department.
Develop and Implement quality in home personal fitness training programs for individuals.
•Assess fitness levels and help clients implement a fitness regimen to safely achieve their personal goals.
•Educate clients on the importance of establishing realistic goals that promote lifelong adherence to health and physical program.
•Council clients on proper nutrition and exercise habits.
•Provide general support to team and supervise the performance and productivity of any individual team member.
Guide clients in safe exercise, taking into account individualized physical limitations.
•Lead clients and members through personal workout and skill development training.
•Demonstrate and explain fitness program benefits to members and clients.
•Council clients on proper nutrition.
Proving training and support for new joiner.
•Covering and Rooting the daily duty post.
