Project Timeline & Tasks (Sep '07 - Sep '08) :
• Hired a team of 4 junior specialists in networking and ERP software implementation and coordinated training initiatives for the new team.
• Managed 2 projects namely the Construction of main server room in Kuwait.
and Dubai as well as planinng and implementation of the new offices network infrastructure.
• Oversaw the construction of Call Center in Dubai and implemented from scratch SAP in the organizational environment with the modules of FI/CO, PS, MM, HR.

Key Project & Scope of Works Executed :
Kuwait Server Room Project :

• The project is valued at USD 350, 000 and encompasses the construction of the server room enclosure, raised flooring, fire alarm systems and the cooling unit.
• Core peripheral devices used are Cisco firewalls, routers, switches, riverbed technology, UPS, IBM Blade Server, SAN and Tape storage libraries in addition to the VMWare Server hosted virtualization platform.
• Setup networking infrastructure including network and wireless access points with Tandberg video conferencing.

Server Room in Dubai :
• Covered Cisco wireless access points, call manager setup and overall network infrastructure with polycom video conferencing facilities.
• Implemented and organized a call center using Avaya software at the Server room of the Dubai Sales and Marketing office.
