Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of a team of design professionals to develop workable, creative, and long lasting design solutions
- Work with all stakeholders and team members in the layout, design and space planning of interior specifications
- Lead and participate in developing, coordinating & delivering Interior Design related tasks including: fabric and finish selection, casework, mock-up, sample and mood boards, product pricing, drawings, quotations, specifications
- Facilitate meetings with design companies
- Prepare weekly reports
- Perform regular site visits to ensure works are in line with design drawings
- Act as a mentor and be a resource in particular for coworkers with less seniority
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
- Demonstrates products and service knowledge to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- Concludes customer problems and complaints with suitable solutions
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
activities and potential for new products and services
- Participates in trade shows and conventions
- Responsibilities:
- Promoting the brands and merchandise;
- Acquiring detailed knowledge of product offered to customers for sale
- Maintaining a good image of the company by respecting the rules of the store
- Greeting customers and understanding their needs when they come in our store
- Recommending merchandise based on individual requirements
- Inform customers about promotions and discounts
- Responsibilities:
- Performing the processing activities by using the applications of office automation and specialized software
- Communicating via email or by phone with the Banks and Companies of the Group or with the clients of the Group
- Reconciling the account activities and registers the appropriate entries of the parties involved
- Responsibilities:
- Performing financial tasks
- Collecting invoices and necessary reports
- Providing customer support related to all FSC issues
- Running administrative and logistics tasks (office organization and supplies, travel management, document archive)
