Oversees venue sourcing, site planning, layouts, supplier coordination, budgeting, and financial reporting for high-profile events and international talent. Notable clients include Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber, Iron Maiden, The Lumineers, and Ultra Fest.

Responsible for comprehensive event planning and site setup, including trucking schedules, storage, logistics, production timelines, route planning, and coordination with traffic and city services. Manages supplier quotes, budgets, permit submissions, volunteers, and entry-level financial reporting using ERP systems. Key events include Volvo Ocean Race, Al Ain Air Show, Cape Town Cycle Tour, Knysna Oyster Festival, Stellenbosch Wine Festival, and Pick n Pay Women’s Walks.
