Key Responsibilities
• Installation, testing & commissioning of AV/ELV, structure cabling & security communication products.
• Designing strategic plan for component development practices to support future projects
• Implementing company policies, technical procedures & standards to preserve the integrity & security of data, reports & access
• Evaluating & approving all engineering, products’ & projects’ scope documents prior to delivery (O&M Manual & Training Manuals)
• Aligning office departments and increasing the inner-department communication & data sharing
• Preparing work-flow charts & diagrams to ensure the compliance of production team with client’s deadlines
• Coordinating with systems partners to finalize designs & confirm requirements
• Manage vendor relationships including negotiating and controlling contracts
• Supervise, Execute and ensure the projects are executed and delivered as per specification and quality standards.
• Assessing potential software products based on new & existing system development and migration requirements
• Engaged in configuration and troubleshooting of CCTVs like Axis, Hikvision, Cameras.
• Engaged in configuration and troubleshooting of access controls like Gallagher, Honeywell system.
• CCTV monitoring and configuration on Milestone XProtect Management & Milestone XProtect Client Software
• Installation and configuration access control system like Gallagher, Honeywell etc.
• System operation and maintenance training for client and system operators.
• Worked through the full project lifecycle with different clients, including requirements gathering, project planning, resource allocation, schedule and ensured the quality of deliverables.
• Maintaining of daily operation & maintenance activity
• Administering installation of network infrastructure of commercial network system for voice & data communication
• Directing installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of security system, AV, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, BGM System and Structure Cabling.
• Put into practice the designed system architecture to the schematics/ schedules

• Follow and implement the technical brief and requirement for each discipline for procurement and contractual agreement with suppliers and subcontractors
• Provide technical input to ensure all systems interconnect and interface correctly
• Be the main support to the deputy project manager through the implementation phase of the project
• In conjunction with the deputy project manager, take the implementation role throughout the construction phase working with both internal and external teams to produce a fully integrated and coordinated completed system.
• Implement tools and procedures that ensure compliance with detailed document control processes
• Be involved with progress meetings both internally and external responsibility to document and record output and actions.
• Take coordination role in the construction progress meetings with consultants/contractors and produce actions and minutes for issue to all parties
• Implement measures to ensure compliance with the Techno Q internal quality procedures
